Rules

Forest Forecast is a skill-based football prediction game. The winner is decided by published points and tie-breakers, never by a random draw.

• Entry requires a new £5 donation through the game's JustGiving page. The organiser does not process or hold the donation money.
• Because the £5 donation is the game entry payment, do not select Gift Aid when making it.
• The winner receives a £100 Nottingham Forest Shop eGift Card, bought separately by the organiser. No donation money funds the prize.
• The eGift Card is subject to the official shop's current terms and cannot be used for tickets or memberships. Forest Forecast is not affiliated with or sponsored by Nottingham Forest.
• Players must be 18 or over. Entries are void where prohibited by local law.
• A submitted entry can win the prize once its donation is confirmed.
• The whole-season entry closes 90 minutes before Forest's first competitive fixture. Future individual match picks lock 90 minutes before their own kick-off.
• If a kick-off changes before the deadline, the prediction deadline changes with it.

• Correct Forest W/D/L result: 3 points.
• Draw Double: +2 on every second consecutive correctly predicted draw. Awards cannot overlap, so four in a row earns two bonuses.
• Winning Run: +3 for correctly calling three consecutive Forest wins. Defeat Run: +3 for correctly calling three consecutive Forest defeats. Both can be earned more than once, but runs cannot overlap.
• Maverick: +3 when 25% or fewer players made the same correct pick. Rogue: +5 when 10% or fewer did. Only the higher bonus applies, using the picks frozen at that fixture's deadline.
• You have three Double-Ups across the season. Each adds +3 when the W/D/L call is right.
• You have three Clean Sheet Calls across the season. Each adds +3 when Forest keep a clean sheet, independently of the W/D/L call.
• An unused power pick can be placed, removed or moved to another future fixture. Once its selected fixture locks, that use is spent and cannot be moved. A fixture can carry only one power pick.
• Exact cup round: 3 points for each cup Forest enter.
• Forest's total Premier League goals: 3 exact, 2 within two, 1 within five. Permanent managers: 3 points exact. Premier League champion: 3. Relegated clubs: 1 each plus 2 for all three.
• For the manager call, count permanent first-team managers who take charge of at least one competitive Forest match during 2026/27. Caretaker and interim spells do not count.
• The hot take, profile labels, icons, stickers and mini-leagues do not add leaderboard points.

Ties are resolved by total points, then the highest W/D/L accuracy across completed Forest league fixtures. Next comes the season goals call closest to Forest's live 38-match league-goal forecast. The goal forecast appears after five league matches and becomes Forest's actual league total at the end of the season. If players are still level, the £100 prize value is shared equally; the organiser may use official shop eGift Cards and a cash balance where the shop's available denominations do not divide exactly.

If an official fixture or result changes, scores will be corrected. The organiser may fix obvious errors, resolve technical problems or remove an invalid entry.
